Exception from the right of withdrawal

Under Art. 57(3) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

As our wedding accessories are made to individual sizes, colours, personalised inscriptions or designs, they cannot be returned or exchanged and the deposit is non-refundable once production has started, except in case of:

• a clear mismatch with the ordered design or your specifications due to our error;
• proven transport damage recorded in a report with the courier on inspection.

Claims

If you find a manufacturing defect that could not be seen when inspecting in front of the courier, please email us. Returns are accepted only if:

• the product is in its original condition, unused (not worn, stained, ironed or perfumed);
• it is in its original packaging (if any);
• proof of purchase is attached.

Shipping costs for claims

If the return is due to our error (wrong design, colour or a defect), we cover all shipping costs. In all other cases (if an exchange is exceptionally agreed) shipping is paid by the customer.
