Frequently asked questions
How much does a wedding planner in Sofia cost?
It depends on the scope. Full wedding planning starts at €2,500, partial planning at €1,500 and wedding day coordination at €500. Decoration is priced from a clear price list or as a bespoke project.
Do you work outside Sofia?
Yes. Most of our weddings are in Sofia and the region, but we work all over Bulgaria – Velingrad, the Rhodopes, Starosel, the Black Sea coast and many other venues.
How far in advance should we contact you?
For full planning, ideally 8–12 months ahead, especially for May–September dates. For coordination and decoration we often work with shorter notice – call us and we will check your date.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first meeting is free and without obligation – we get to know you, listen to your story and suggest ideas and an indicative budget.
Do you make custom wedding accessories?
Yes – invitations, guest favours, toasting glasses, champagne, card boxes, guest books, lucky charms, boutonnieres and bracelets. Everything is personalised with your names, date and colours and delivered across Bulgaria by Econt or Speedy.
