Delivery

We ship with Econt Express and Speedy. You choose the courier when ordering – delivery to a courier office or to your home or work address.

• Production time: every piece requires time and care, so production takes 7–20 working days depending on the product. Work starts after your order is confirmed and a 50% deposit is paid.
• Express production: need it sooner? Call us to discuss the options.
• Delivery time: once ready, accessories are delivered within 1–3 working days (usually 1).
• Free delivery: for orders over €51.
• Inspection on delivery: every parcel is sent with “inspect before paying”. Please check the goods in front of the courier before accepting and paying the balance.
• Transport damage: if damage is found, a report must be drawn up with the courier and you should email us immediately. Without such a report, later claims for visible defects cannot be accepted.
• Liability: we are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or by the courier.

Payment

Every bespoke order requires a 50% deposit:

• Bank transfer – deposit (or the full amount) against our pro forma invoice.
• Cash on delivery – the remaining 50% in cash or by card to the courier on delivery (after inspection).
